We are supporting a fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker to recruit a PSP Specialist to join their team in Limassol.
This role focuses on managing payment service providers, monitoring payment performance, and improving the overall client payment experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research on payment trends, customer preferences, and competitors
Monitor payment success rates and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with PSPs to reduce transaction failures and improve user experience
Analyse local payment methods and optimise payment mix
Ensure payment processing complies with local regulations
Work with compliance teams to mitigate risks and prevent fraud
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments
Support customer teams in resolving payment-related issues
Assist in preparing documentation for payment processes
Track and report key payment metrics, including success rates and user satisfaction
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Analyse regional payment data to identify trends and improvements
Requirements
Experience working with PSPs or payment processing
Strong understanding of local payment methods and customer behaviour
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Previous experience in FX, gambling, or similar industries will be considered an advantage
