We are assisting a growing trading company in expanding their Dealing Team in Cyprus. The Junior Dealer will monitor pricing and order execution, interact with liquidity providers to secure the best pricing, and manage risk exposures within predefined limits. This role is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy fast-paced trading environments and staying up to date with market trends. The position involves rotational shift work, including night shifts, with a week off granted after each night shift rotation.
Responsibilities
Monitor pricing and execute orders efficiently.
Interact with liquidity providers to obtain optimal pricing.
Manage risk exposures within predefined limits.
Track trading activity and client exposures accurately.
Stay updated on financial markets, currency trends, and relevant news.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is desirable.
Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Strong analytical skills for monitoring client exposures and trading activity.
Ability to keep up to date with market news and currency trends.
Good to Have
Experience in a similar role within trading or financial markets.
Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms or other trading systems.
