SALES EXECUTIVE B2C

RATARIOUS MANAGEMENT (www.ratariousmanagement.eu ), one of the leading companies as consulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countries globally, is seeking for a SALES EXECUTIVE.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at our furniture showroom in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative, design-driven environment where you’ll help customers turn their houses into homes.

As a sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the store—guiding customers through their buying journey, recommending furniture and interior solutions that meet their style and needs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a warm, welcoming in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on furniture selections and interior solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Present product features, benefits, and design options in a clear and engaging way
• Create tailored proposals and product presentations based on customer preferences
• Process orders, follow up on customer requests, and ensure timely order completion
• Stay updated on product lines, promotions, store policies, and industry trends
• Keep detailed records of sales activity and client interactions
• Handle customer concerns or order issues professionally and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and deliver a top-tier customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role (furniture experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, Russian is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and computer literacy
• Passion for furniture, home décor, and interior design
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
• Collaborates and works well within a team environment
