This role involves designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions using leading RPA technologies. On a daily basis, you will work on process analysis, workflow development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of automated processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality automation solutions in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Design and build automation workflows using platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Implement integrations and advanced logic using Python and, when needed, C#/.NET.
Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders to analyze process feasibility and define technical specifications.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including solution designs, process descriptions, and user guides.
Conduct detailed testing phases (Unit, System, UAT) to ensure solutions are stable, reliable, and handle exceptions effectively.
Monitor deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance solutions for better accuracy, speed, and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Hands-on exposure to UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate platforms (academic or professional experience).
Strong understanding of programming concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C#/.NET is a strong asset.
Ability to handle structured and semi-structured data formats (SQL, Excel, XML, JSON, OCR).
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to debugging.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Good to Have
Professional RPA certifications (UiRPA, UiARD, or Microsoft Power Automate RPA certification).
Experience with Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
Understanding of CI/CD practices for automation deployment.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for systems integration.
