Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote-first team at SMO. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow professionally in HR and Recruitment while working in a supportive, flexible, and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR and recruitment operations, including interview scheduling and maintaining candidate records.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screening calls.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and career days. Create engaging job postings and recruitment marketing materials that reflect our culture and values.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment, HR, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, HR Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for HR and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Good to Have

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in employer branding or social media content creation.
• Comfortable representing the company at external events.
