Key Duties and Responsibilities
Organize, coordinate, and supervise construction sites and installation teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Assign tasks to crews and monitor their progress to achieve objectives.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements at all project stages.
Collaborate with the Project Department, Suppliers, and Technical Management for smooth delivery of materials and services.
Address unforeseen on-site issues, providing immediate and effective solutions.
Oversee quality control and adherence to technical specifications during installations.
Communicate with clients about project progress and completion when required.
Maintain detailed reports on progress, costs, and team performance.
Qualification Requirements
Proven experience in site supervision or team management roles.
Strong knowledge of technical works, construction, or installation processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team organization skills.
Ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve on-site issues.
Excellent command of Greek (English considered an asset).
Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
