What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop creative sourcing strategies.
Use your detective skills to find hidden gems on LinkedIn, social media & beyond.
Track, report & optimize recruitment KPIs.
Build a diverse pipeline and create an unforgettable candidate experience.
Be a brand ambassador for our iGaming culture and team values.
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency – iGaming or tech is a HUGE plus!)
Proven success in filling technical and creative roles
Natural networker with strong communication skills
Obsessed with candidate experience & employer branding
Fluent in English (other languages = bonus)
Driven, curious, and full of positive energy
