Requirements
Business Degree (mandatory); MBA considered a strong advantage.
Proven success in a managerial role, ideally as an Operational Manager or Commercial Manager.
Strong decision-making ability with excellent collaboration and delegation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver financial plans.
Strong leadership qualities, highly organized, with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse teams and networks.
