About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Conversion Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting and converting potential leads into active traders for the Australian market. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mentality, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and engage with warm and hot leads via phone, email, and chat.
Convert potential clients into active traders by presenting the company’s trading platforms, products, services and regulation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients .
Ensure that clients fully understand the company’s products, services, and trading tools.
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, company promotions, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with retention and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Accurately record all interactions and client information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in Forex / CFD / Financial sales is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales orientation with a goal-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic understanding of the financial markets and trading platforms.
Ability to work night shifts (Australia market hours).
Eligibility to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
