This is a senior role for experienced professionals who can oversee construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with safety and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects.
Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
Plan and organize tasks to ensure completion within time and budget.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors across different stages.
Maintain a regular on-site presence to monitor construction progress.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship, addressing deviations promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain communication with clients and provide progress updates.
Prepare detailed progress reports and final project documentation.
Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering with a valid professional license to practice.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects within a contracting or construction company.
Proven experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial monitoring.
Ability to coordinate multiple crews and work teams effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and public authorities.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training will be considered an advantage.
