The Casino Product Manager is the visionary for the gaming lobby. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the casino product—from sourcing the best content and managing provider relationships to optimizing the UI/UX and ensuring the “right game reaches the right player at the right time.”
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Management: Define and execute the product roadmap for slots, live casino, and table games across Web, iOS, and Android.
Provider Relations: Manage relationships with top-tier studios (e.g., Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt). Negotiate commercial terms and secure “exclusive” early releases.
UX/UI Optimization: Work with designers to improve the lobby navigation, search functionality, and game-loading speeds.
Data-Driven Discovery: Use A/B testing and player behavior data to optimize game sorting and recommendation engines.
Feature Innovation: Lead the integration of modern features like “Multi-play,” “In-game Tournaments,” and “Social Betting” elements.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure the product meets all technical requirements for specific jurisdictions (MGA, UKGC, Ontario, etc.).
Candidate Profile:
4+ years in Product Management, deep understanding of the Casino Management is a must.
Solid understanding of APIs, Front-end frameworks, and Back-office (PAM) integrations.
Ability to interpret “Spin” data, RTP (Return to Player) impact, and GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) trends.
Obsessed with conversion funnels—from “Lobby Land” to “First Bet.”
