Job Overview
We are helping an innovative financial services business scale their operational excellence team in Nicosia.
This role is predominantly focused on ensuring operational precision in transaction processing while supporting cross-departmental collaboration. You will need to be an excellent specialist who gets enjoyment from working with financial systems and demonstrates strong analytical capabilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
This role is office-based in Nicosia with shift scheduling flexibility, working five days per week with rotational Sunday coverage and Cyprus public holiday support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree foundation
Fluent English language skills (both oral and written communication)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
Previous financial operations experience (considered an advantage)
Ability to work shift schedules including Sunday coverage and public holidays
