Datatech is looking for an Application Support Engineer who will represent our company at the client’s location, working closely with the client while also maintaining regular communication with our software team at our base offices. You will provide hands-on technical & software support for our installed systems, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration between the client and our internal team.
The position is hybrid in nature — you will spend three days per week at the client’s premises and two days at our offices, ensuring a strong balance between on-site support and internal coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop your troubleshooting skills, and grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Note: The client’s work hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30-15:00 and Friday 07:30-14:30.
