Location: On-site – Limassol, Cyprus

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the Forex/CFD industry to manage, grow, and optimize our global affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of acquiring high-performing affiliates, scaling traffic, and driving quality leads while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Forex affiliates (IBs, media buyers, content partners, comparison sites, influencers).
• Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase FTDs, volume, and ROI.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze traffic quality, and optimize campaigns.
• Negotiate commission structures, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Product, CRM).
• Stay updated on Forex market trends, competitor activity, and traffic sources.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Strong existing network of Forex affiliates and partners.
• Deep understanding of affiliate models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid.
• Experience with tracking platform.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated markets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
