We are supporting an international organization in expanding their acquisition team in Dubai.
This role is focused on driving scalable customer acquisition across grey and high-risk markets through affiliate networks, media buyers, and performance traffic. You will own commercial deal structuring, partner performance, and traffic quality, ensuring profitable growth while mitigating fraud and negative-margin exposure.
Responsibilities
Manage and scale acquisition across affiliates, SEO networks, influencers, Telegram channels, and media buyers
Structure and negotiate hybrid CPA / RevShare deals with strong LTV modelling
Monitor traffic quality and detect fraud, incentivised traffic, and fake FTDs
Optimize acquisition performance based on retention, payment risk, and ROI metrics
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in gaming affiliate acquisition
Proven exposure to grey and high-risk markets
Strong commercial negotiation and deal-making skills
Solid understanding of CPA, LTV, NGR, and ROI performance metrics
Good to have
Experience managing international acquisition partners
Experience working with performance traffic in high-risk markets
