YODA PLC is an investment conglomerate that aims to give investors exposure to quality investments, operating and start-up businesses with strong management teams providing structural support for growth. This will enable the Group to support such investments/companies and capitalise on their success.

The Group invests in technology and telecommunications, real estate, shipping, healthcare, and other industries or sectors, as approved from time to time by the Board of Directors. The geographies, forms and structure of the investments made will also be as determined by the Board of Directors from time to time in its judgment and discretion. In addition, as the Group grows, the Board of Directors may, in its discretion, establish committees to input on and oversee investments and the investing policy, such committees would ultimately report to the Board of Directors of the Group.

The management team focuses on investments primarily in the form of equity and debt and looks for businesses with a proposition that is either commercially validated through sales volume, operating in a well-defined niche with proven market fit, or with a clear and comprehensive plan for growth and value creation. The Group may also undertake opportunistic investments in assets or businesses that are considered attractive on a risk/return basis by the Board of Directors.

YODA Group’s investment objective is to provide shareholders and potential investors with capital appreciation from its investment portfolio and distributions approved from time to time by the Board of Directors in its judgment and discretion.

The Group invests with diversification in mind and seek to invest in a broad selection of companies, which in turn make direct, primary and secondary investments and provide access to underlying investments that are further diversified in terms of geography, strategy, lifecycle, and industry approved from time to time by the Board of Directors.
