WEMI UAB is an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) that provides a digital alternative to a bank where the client funds are stored in an ‘electronic wallet’. Clients’ funds are considered electronic money and are stored on a technical device that is widely used for making payments online. WEMI’s Technology with our sister companies makes it possible for users to experience day-to-day banking experience without the need to visit a physical branch.
Customers are issued with a European IBAN, BIC & Debit Card and are able to login to the WEMI Banking App to complete their day-to-day banking. Customers are able to complete all of their regular tasks as they would with a high street bank such as setting up standing orders, paying their bills and having their salary paid into.
