This international project has been set up for improving talent management processes, including staff rentention and staff development. It focuses on employees aged 45+ of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). During the project lifetime, we are working on:
– an explorative research investigating the state of the art of European SMEs in terms of talent management focusing on employees 45+,
– a model, defining the processes and instruments used for talent management processes
– a development plan which has its core function to draw the whole way and process for re-orientation, education and training, mentoring and monitoring of this development process
– a Green Paper for Sustainability and Policy Integration to achieve a best possible sustainability of the project and its outputs.
