H.M. Pelagic Partners Ltd. is registered and incorporated under the Laws of Cyprus with Registration Number HE 424510 and authorized by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission to operate as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager with License Number AIFM43/56/2013.

As founders and anchor investors, we are shipowners with access to and intimate knowledge of the shipping markets, developed and enriched over 30 years. Our control of the whole chain allows us to close market level acquisitions and make them competitive. Pelagic Partners Fund is run in similar fashion to a traditional shipowning company and currently has 3 active compartments with several hundreds of millions of US dollars in assets under management.
