Our OCS HR system has helped to control and automate complex HR tasks in the maritime industry for over 30 years, allowing operations to run more smoothly, and enabling the HR department to serve more ships and employees. With one system administrator able to manage up to 300 employees, OCS HR supports the operation of over 170,000 people and 1,800 vessels, from tugs to tankers, research ships to drilling rigs.

With the acquisitions of Onsoft (2016), Atlas Knowledge (2018), and Safebridge (2021), Mintra is headquartered in Bergen, Norway and has offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Aberdeen, Limassol, and Singapore. The Mintra team consists of over 140 designers, developers, industry consultants, and supporting functions working to the highest standards.
