MFO Asset Management Ltd was incorporated in August 2016 and is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number AIFM19/56/2013. The Company operates as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities) Management Company which fall within the provisions of the European Directives 2011/61/EU and 2009/65/ΕC respectively. In addition, we offer investment management services for investment portfolios in accordance to clients’ mandates on an advisory as well as discretionary basis.
