About Us
Lisko Foodstuff Ltd was established in April 1984 in Cyprus. It was a step further of a small industry that supported the family. Initially they produced Trahanas (Cyprus wheat and yogurt soup) and Bulgur. This was an area in which they had knowledge and experience. Competition in this field was almost non-existent. Within a short period of time bulgur, which until then was a dish for the lower class, became very popular because of its special qualities and the consumers’ new direction towards healthy nutrition. The distribution network covers all areas of Cyprus. Since 1988 it is sheltered in its privately owned factory at Aradippou Industrial Area.
