About Us
Global Ports is the leading container terminal operator in the attractive Russian market. The Group owns and operates unique network of 7 marine container and multipurpose terminals in two key marine container gateways in Russia. The Group’s main business is container handling. In addition, the Global Ports handles a number of other types of cargo, including bulk, cars and other types of roll-on roll-off cargo.
Global Ports’ major shareholders are Delo Group, the largest intermodal container and port operator in Russia (30.75%) , and APM Terminals B.V. (30.75%), whose core expertise is the design, construction, management and operation of ports, terminals and inland services. 20.5% of Global Ports shares are traded in the form of global depositary receipts listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE ticker: GLPR).
