The Petrides family has been engaged in the Cyprus tobacco business scene since 1956 through,
The manufacture of Rothmans of Pall Mall portfolio (1961 – 1999)
The importation / distribution of Gallaher Intl. portf. (1978 – 2004)
The importation / distribution of Swisher Intl. portf. (1992 – to date)
The importation / distribution of Altadis USA (Backwoods) (1993 – 2012)
In 2004 we were selected by JT International as the preferred partner for the importation / distribution of its portfolio in the Cyprus domestic market. The portfolio entrusted includes the following brands:
RMC: Silk Cut, Camel, B&H, Winston, Sterling, Mayfair
RYO: Old Holborn, Camel, Winston, Domingo
Cigars: Hamlet
In January 2014 the tobacco division became a fully independent company under the name of Cosmos Tobacco Trading Ltd
In 2016 we were selected by Karelia Tobacco Company Inc. as the preferred partner for the importation / distribution of its portfolio in the Cyprus domestic & duty free market. The portfolio entrusted includes the following brands
RMC: George Karelias & Sons, Karelia Slims, Ome, Karelia Blue
RYO : George Karelias & Sons
