About Us

Constantinou Bros Properties PLC was founded by two brothers Andreas and Agathoklis Constantinou in 1979. The company has developed many commercial offices, shops, a wide range of luxury residential villas and houses, and also residential complexes of apartments in Paphos region.

Later on the company expanded into constructing a number of leisure hotels and it currently manages its own hotel chain in Paphos, operating four luxury hotels.

The current company projects are Asimina Park, Konia Hills, Konia Panorama, Konia Sunset, Konia Modern Luxury Residences, Georgos Complex and our Konia Luxury Houses. However, there are more projects pending to be released which are currently under study.
