AMD Venture Capital is a private VC-Firm. We use two sources of funding projects; Angel Funding and VC-Firm Financing.
Angel Funding – These are private investors who use their own capital to finance a project.
VC-Firm – Financing from our own capital. When we use this option, we look for new ventures that have high rates of ROI.
Which ever form of financing we chose for your project, AMD Invest holds the right to manage each project through one of it’s management companies AAERU,LLC or Stramindo Energy and it’s legal firm; Nugroho & Partners Law Offices.
