About Us
Nova Dies BVI IBC is an asset holding and investment management company, based in Road Town/Tortola British Virgin Islands and operating in multiple different locations throughout EU.
It functions as a corporate scheme covering a consortium of international trusts and other asset managers investing in natural resources and mining industry.
We provide 2-way investment services to our clients.
On the one hand, we exercise the ownership and management rights of our affiliates on their corporate and financial assets;
On the other, we provide them and their subsidiaries with funding, trading intermediation, forward contracts representation and currency swap services, assisting them in strengthening their capital base, mainly through revolving, layering and investment exchange funding structures.
Therefore, our operations focus on 2 interlinked areas: resources trade and financial assets circulation.
Our core sectors include:
A. Second-tier management contracts in the mining industry. We are specialised in the financial, investment and transportation network management of first-tier managing companies involved into the operational, logistics and financial management of coltan ore and rare earths mines. Our assets-under-management include several coltan (columbite-tantalite) mines in Eastern Colombia (Guainía Region) and mixed coltan-cassiterite-wolframite mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo (North Kivu). We are currently handling a wide transportation network for coltan and other minerals from Central Africa and Southern America to Central and Eastern Europe and China.
B. We provide transnational transactions facilitation services, we operate mutual co-funding and funding exchange structures and we offer trade intermediation, customs facilitation, bulk management and wholesale services for our clients. We are highly specialised in the scheduling and execution management of minerals forward contracts and hedging schemes.
