About Us
Sole Shipping was established in Norway in 2004, and today has offices in Limassol, Norway, UK and Jersey. The strategy is to acquire vessels on sale and leaseback structures, with reputable counterparties, under a bareboat charter agreement model. Our mandate covers all types of vessels with no age restriction. Our main focus in any deal is the counterparty, together with the employment of the vessel. We seek to be a preferred partner and do repeat business with our clients. Deal sizes may vary from USD10 million to USD200million. Sole has since 2004 acquired 61 vessels of which 26 have been sold.
