Pepper Cyprus, part of the Pepper financial services group, is a specialist commercial loan servicer. As well as offering Primary Servicing, we provide tailored Special Servicing and Asset Management solutions.
Our specialist commercial loan servicing team has a vast range of experience in managing portfolios to their full potential across multiple legal jurisdictions and asset classes. We’re regulated in many of the markets in which we operate and have independent Servicer Ratings from Standard & Poor’s in both the UK and Ireland. We’re also included on S&P’s Global Select Servicer List.
From managing legacy Performing and Non Performing (NPL) loans to supporting lenders issuing new advances, Pepper offers the full spectrum of servicing activities.

Originating in Australia in 2001, the Pepper Group today service a wide range of assets including residential home loans, commercial loans, equipment finance and consumer finance, with over 600,000 customers around the world.
In 2012, the Pepper Group opened a European office in London to leverage the expertise and strong performance track record from Australia to acquire financial assets and loan servicing platforms in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
More recently, we’ve expanded into Europe, leveraging our significant expertise and performance track record, to establish a strong presence in a number of countries including Portugal, Italy, Spain and Cyprus. We currently manage €28bn of loans across Europe.
