We run workshops intended to enhance and support, not substitute managerial insight as well as tailored keynotes and talks by global thought leaders that can educate, broaden perspectives and inspire.

Evolution Ltd draws on a number of very experienced professionals who engage on a project basis. Its approach of not having full-time consultants and accompanying set hierarchy of professionals is driven by the view that this keeps the focus of each project where it should be: on the client.

We believe in selective, focused provision of services. For project cohesion (and resulting benefit to our clients), we foster a continuity of team across assignment. We develop groups on the basis of skill, competence and collaborations achieved through a small team of senior advisors, and a group of supportive talented junior participants, who tend to engage full time for each project but are not firm employees.
