About Us
Human Capital Consulting is the unit of ICAP PEOPLE SOLUTIONS that provides support to the Human Resources Divisions of companies and organizations in Greece and Cyprus, through a range of services and tools for all pillars of the HR function.
Through the triptych Consultant, Tools, Method, we offer everyday solutions in talent management, leadership development, team development, employee performance management, career support, organizational analysis, remuneration and benefits, corporate culture, and HR Audit.
Our consultants have CVs that radiate extensive and in-depth experience in all areas of human resources, academic knowledge in the fields of vocational psychology, management and business administration, and tenure in organizations recognized as “schools” for the field.
Our skills and personality assessment tools come from two leading providers of psychometrics Hogan and Aon, are translated and adapted for the Greek market and have been given to tens of thousands of employees in Greece and Cyprus over the past 14 years, in all industries and in all business sizes. We have certified over 400 HR professionals in Hogan’s tools.
Our methods, whether they come from our major providers, from the literature, or developed by ourselves, reflect the latest knowledge and experience of HR, are constantly updated and incorporate the latest technology.
