P & TH Just Roasted Ltd is one of the largest coffee franchise companies in Cyprus, with 18 stores in 4 major cities.
The year is 2016 and The first Kawacom’s Ipanema Espresso shop launched in Diagorou Avenue, Nicosia, initially as a simple, standalone store in 2014. First steps to patent Kawacom’s Ipanema Espresso as a Franchise institution in Cyprus took place and at the same time the first store based on this model and 2nd overall launched at Athalassas Avenue in Strovolos.
In 2017, Kawacom’s Ipanema Espresso broke boundaries. First out of Nicosia store launched with 4 new coffee shops all over Cyprus.
2018 and Kawacom’s Ipanema Espresso becomes a consumer favorite and an instant sensation. Another 3 coffee shops launched that year.
2019, Amist the Covid-19 global pandemic, the company continues to move forward with its expansion plan. 2 new coffee shops begin operations.
2020, Another 3 coffee shops launch. First Kawacom’s Ipanema Espresso store in Paphos becomes a reality.
2021 sees the launching of 4 new coffee shops at Mackenzie beach and Livadia, Larnaka, a 3rd store in Limassol and 1 in Latsia. Growth all around.
