Senior Auditor

Job Overview

We are helping an expanding audit and advisory firm grow their senior team in Larnaca.

This role is focused on conducting and supervising audits from planning to completion, training and mentoring junior team members, and preparing audited financial statements per IFRSs. You will need to be an excellent leader who gets enjoyment from managing complex audit engagements and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise audits from planning to completion
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Prepare audited financial statements per IFRSs
• Manage complex audit engagements
• Develop junior staff

Requirements

• Senior Auditor semi-qualified or qualified with 3–5 years of experience
• At least 3 years of recent practical audit experience in an audit firm
• Excellent knowledge of Caseware audit software programme
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Team-oriented approach with ability to supervise and train junior staff
• Experience in audit planning, execution, and completion
• Knowledge of IFRS for financial statement preparation
