Funding Officer

Job Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker to recruit a Funding Officer to join their team in Limassol.

This role focuses on supporting funding operations, including client deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client withdrawals in line with company thresholds
• Monitor and resolve deposit failures and PSP errors
• Process payments through banks and PSP systems, ensuring gateways are active
• Follow client funding requests based on company policies and procedures
• Support the execution and monitoring of client deposits across systems
• Assist with reconciliation of payment transactions
• Support the implementation of KYC procedures for clients
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports related to payments
• Handle internal and external queries in a timely manner
• Identify and improve internal procedures and controls
• Communicate effectively with internal departments
• Take initiative to support team objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational skills

Good to have

• Experience supporting KYC procedures
• Experience assisting with reconciliation of payment transactions
