We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Payment Solutions & Operations Manager to take ownership of our global payment stack. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and finance—combining hands-on problem-solving with strategic oversight of payment providers and performance optimization. You will play a critical role in ensuring payment efficiency, reliability, and scalability while directly impacting the company’s bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Expansion & Provider Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, and
alternative payment methods
Build and maintain strong relationships with payment partners
Ensure global redundancy and optimize coverage across regions
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Monitor and improve authorization success rates across payment flows
Implement smart routing, retry logic, and flow optimization strategies
Analyze transaction data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion
3. Cost & Performance Management
Track and reduce payment processing costs and “leakage”
