SMO Careers is hiring on behalf of a client in the financial services industry for a Swedish Customer Service Agent in Nicosia/Limassol to join their growing team.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through phone and electronic communication channels. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, assist with onboarding documentation, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide information regarding client onboarding and required documentation
Assist with collecting and managing client documentation in line with company procedures
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic communication
Coordinate with Compliance and AML teams for client onboarding and due diligence
Collaborate with brokerage and back-office teams to support client needs
Record and track customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of requests
ranslate client queries and requests where required
Direct unresolved issues to relevant departments
Requirements
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and customer service skills
General computer literacy
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
