We are supporting a global trading organization, based in Cyprus, in expanding its Business Development function across Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Africa.
This role is focused on executing regional growth strategies, building and managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in highly competitive Forex/CFD markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with regional market knowledge and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and drive regional growth
Build and manage a strong business development funnel, acquiring IBs, affiliates, and partners
Drive client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with internal teams
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal frameworks, liaising with relevant authorities when required
Work closely with marketing teams to deliver localized campaigns aligned with brand strategy
Coordinate with global teams including compliance, finance, IT, and customer support
Monitor market trends, track KPIs, and report performance insights to senior management
Requirements
Strong understanding of Forex/CFD markets and regional competitive landscapes
Established relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, or financial institutions
Proven experience in business development, sales, or regional growth roles
Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Good to have
Experience with digital marketing and client acquisition strategies is an advantage
Results-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
