Accountant/Bookkeeper

Job Overview

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join an Investment Firm as part of its expanding accounting team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting and audit processes. This position is ideal for a professional with 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience who thrives in a structured yet dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Post journal entries and record daily financial transactions
• Process financial reports
• Perform reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Support audit processes
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Experience using accounting software such as NetSuite, Xero, or E-Soft
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good to have

• Previous experience working within an Investment Firm
• Familiarity with financial services industry regulations
• Experience supporting audit procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
