Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused KYC & Customer Support Agent with proven experience in the Forex industry to join our team in Limassol.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, fluent English communication skills, and strong knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures within a regulated trading environment. This role supports the Australian market, requiring early morning on-site shifts.
Key Responsibilities
KYC & Compliance Responsibilities
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in line with regulatory requirements.
Review and verify client documentation (proof of identity, proof of address, source of funds, etc.).
Conduct risk assessments and client categorization.
Monitor accounts and flag suspicious activity in accordance with AML policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Assist with periodic KYC reviews and compliance audits.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Customer Support Responsibilities
Provide professional support via email, chat, and phone to clients in the Australian market.
Assist clients with onboarding, verification, and account-related inquiries.
Explain KYC requirements clearly and guide clients through submission processes.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Work closely with Compliance, Back Office, and other internal departments.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Forex industry (mandatory).
Proven experience in KYC, AML, or customer support within a trading or financial services environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Comfortable working in a full on-site position in Limassol, Cyprus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and trading platforms is an advantage.
