On 1 August 2020 Quantuma Advisory Limited took over the business of Quantuma LLP and on the same day Quantuma merged with K3 Capital Group. The merger will allow us to continue at pace to build a global, multidisciplinary professional services group with significant capabilities in financial advisory, restructuring and insolvency, corporate finance, specialist R&D tax advisory and forensic accounting and expert witness services.
