DG Jones And Partners is recognised as one of the leading practices of Quantity Surveyors, Project Cost Control, Projects Managers, Construction Managers, and Claims Specialists in the Middle East Region.
Operating for over 55 years, during such a period of major development in the region has meant that we have been and are involved in every category and type of development and infrastructure projects including Health, Military, Aviation, Educational, Government, Utilities, Transport, Infrastructures, Agricultural, Marine, Palaces, Residential, Commercial, Hotels and Leisure, Heritage & Cultural and Retail.
The original services provided were those normally associated with the pre & post contract phases of the Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying profession primarily in general construction, civil and utilities engineering projects for both the Public and Private sectors.
Over the decades, the practice has successfully expanded its services to meet the needs of our Clients including provision Project and Construction Management services on major projects for both Government and Private Clients. We continue to provide Value Added Services, including but not limited to Claims Management, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Services to many important Clients on a number of complicated and prestigious projects.
